99.99% of these are Boomers. Know nothing about technology, but think they know it all and you can't tell them a thing. You're always wrong, and always a "smart ass" and "rude." Then, they start having a fit and demand their money back on top of free stuff for life. I am so glad I don't work in tech support and customer service anymore.

"Can I get a cheeseburger, with no cheese"
"So, a regular burger then?"
"No, I said a cheeseburger with no cheese!"
Then I had to explain to the cook as to why I didn't just ring up a regular burger.

I worked at a restaurant and we had two different burgers that were pretty much the same except one had fried onions on it. A woman ordered the fried onion burger with no onions, and I told her it was cheaper to just order a regular cheeseburger as it was actually the same thing. She actually got pissy and insisted she gets it her way. Someone else delivered the food and when they dropped it off they said "here is your cheeseburger" and the lady started complaining about how that's not her order. I tried in vain to explain again. I ended up just taking the burger back, microwaving it a little and put it on a new plate and told her "here is your fried onion burger with no onions" ... she got charged extra for the onion rings she didnt even eat. Dumb. Bitch.

My boss’ keyboard completely broke so I said I was going to the Apple store to get another one. He told me that wouldn’t work because he has a “Macintosh computer not an Apple computer” 😐

Some people really do just need to be told they can't be helped and promptly ignored. The email lady for example. Waste of time for them and other customers.

Those stories about the laptop and Nintendo game aren’t even about misunderstanding technology, it takes a basic lack of common sense to not just.... try the other side

my back hurts

There’s these two ladies that told me an accent is required to work in an authentic restaurant.
Because I lack an accent, they didn’t feel they got an authentic experience.
