Kicking off the linear algebra lessons, let's make sure we're all on the same page about how specifically to think about vectors in this context.

Typo correction: At 6:52, the screen shows
[x1, y1] + [x2, y2] = [x1+y1, x2+y2].
Of course, this should actually be
[x1, y1] + [x2, y2] = [x1+x2, y1+y2].
