One unwritten rule in Kenyan politics appears to be, never admit liability. It's always a case of passing the buck and with the corruption story now on everybody's lips, never has the concept of scapegoating been so relevant. It was a week when the handshake acquired a whole new meaning. The Mulembe nation now has a new Mr. Moneybags and he has drama.
